In an under-performing business, existing management must focus on managing the enterprise instead of being mired in daily damage control. Our hands-on crisis management team introduces experienced relief pitchers with positive attitudes who assist the key managers already in place. Our goal is to repair and restore - not to slash and burn.

No New Layer of Management
OEM Capital Corp. does not add a new layer of management. We identify if there are weak, tired or exhausted managers. We either temporarily replace them with members of our crisis management team or redistribute their responsibilities among other managers.
