Has 30 years of experience in corporate workouts and restructuring. He has spent the past 9 years as a financial consultant, primarily to underperforming or troubled companies, but has also provided advice on financial modeling, valuation, strategic planning and restructuring to companies seeking growth, financing or divestiture. Most of the 21 years prior thereto, Mr. Apperson was an officer in the workout departments of two major New York based commercial banks.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from NorthCarolina State University and an MBA degree from Fordham University.
